Unless stated otherwise within the text accompanying a competition, by entering a competition via MummyPages.ie you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- Competitions are open to ROI residents other than employees and their immediate families of MummyPages.ie, their agencies or anyone professionally connected to the competition. All entrants must be 18 years or over (this does not apply to the subject of the entry, which can include those of 18 and under).
- Images submitted must be tasteful in nature. Inappropriate images will be ineligible for inclusion in the competition and will not be displayed in listing pages. (What's distasteful? We know it when we see it.)
- Closing date for the submission of entries is the 4th August 2013
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter.
- If a winner is unable to receive their prize, unless stated within the individual competition, the prize can be transferred to a friend or family member.
- The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date and must claim the prize within 28 days of being notified. The onus lies with the entrants to ensure they have a valid telephone number & email address on their MummyPages account.
- MummyPages.ie holds no responsibility if account details are missing or incorrect.
- If a winner does not claim their prize within 28 days of being notified, they will forfeit the prize. In the event that a winner does not claim their prize within the specified time, another winner will be chosen in their place.
- The winning entry of the family trip to the Algarve, Portugal will be chosen by a judging panel from among entries which have (a) a minimum 15 facebook recommends (b) been approved by MummyPages (and thus appear in the listing pages). The winning entry will be chosen based on how the judges perceive how the image and description (if any) best reflects the Kellogg’s Monkey Moments campaign.
- The sharing of an entry on facebook and/or twitter is allowed on the entrants’ personal page, and on MummyPages. However, entries will be immediately disqualified for asking for and/or advertising to receive votes (or participating in vote exchanges of any kind) on vote exchange websites, vote exchange forums or vote exchange pages. We reserve the right to edit or remove any entries that do not meet, or that we suspect do not meet, these guidelines. Our decision in this is final and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
- By submitting an image, you are confirming that the image is your own photo of a family member.
- By submitting an image, you further give MummyPages all rights to use that image on the MummyPages website and other promotional materials.
- MummyPages.ie's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules will be disqualified.
- MummyPages.ie reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or comparable value should this become necessary for reasons beyond our control.
- MummyPages.ie reserves the right to alter, amend or end any competition without prior notice in the event that circumstances make this unavoidable.
- Only one entry is allowed per unique email address, unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
- Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed in the course of transmission, nor for any associated costs to claimants.
- The use of automated scripts is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any unfair means of entry as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of MummyPages.ie will be disqualified.
- MummyPages.ie accepts no responsibility for undelivered, uncollected or damaged prizes sent through the postal system.
- The prize consists of a 5-night break to Portugal for a family of four travelling, (2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and under). The prize includes return economy flights from Dublin to Faro, car hire for the duration of the trip, 5 nights’ accommodation at 4* 4* Real Marina Residence in a 2 bedroom apartment and a family ticket to Aqualand. You and your chosen guests will be responsible for travel insurance, travel to and from Dublin airport and all other personal expenses. You must all have a valid machine readable passport with minimum 6 month validity beyond the return date, with at least 2 unstamped pages and a visa (if applicable). Travel is available up to the end of June 2014 (subject to availability) but excludes Christmas and New Year(20th December 2013 – 4th January 2014), and Bank Holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended. The prize winner must provide 6 weeks’ notice before preferred departure date. No cash alternative is available, prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. At least one of the travelling party must be 18 years of age or older. If you (as the winner) are under the age of 18 years old, you must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 years of age or older. Additionally, guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Terms and Conditions of the carriers apply. In order to hire a car, the named driver must be at least 25 years of age and have held a clean licence for 2 years minimum. Prize Includes:

- Winners must agree to participate in any promotional activities that may be organised by MummyPages.ie in connection with the competition without any further consent or payment.By entering, winners agree to have their entry and material generated as part of promotional activities used in promotional activities and hereby grant an unrestricted licence to MummyPages and Nestlé Confectionary for such use.
- To maximum extent permitted by law, MummyPages.ie is excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury that might occur to the winner resulting from his or her acceptance of the prize.
